How do I submit a watch for service?
Use the contact form below or call us directly at +60 3-5519 7264. Describe the piece and the concern you've noticed. We'll confirm availability and advise on the intake process before you bring the watch in.
How long does a typical service take?
Duration depends on the service type and parts availability. Crown and stem replacement is generally completed within a week. Complication repairs vary by the calibre and extent of work. Parts sourcing for vintage references has no fixed timeline, as availability is unpredictable — we keep you informed throughout.
Will you work on any brand or calibre?
We work across a broad range of mechanical calibres, including vintage and less common references. If a piece falls outside our current capacity or requires a specialist tool we don't hold, we'll say so honestly at the assessment stage.
What does the written report include?
The report covers the work performed, any parts replaced (with references where available), the regulation readings recorded before and after, and notes on observed condition. It travels with the watch as a record of the service.
What happens if parts cannot be found for my watch?
We'll provide a written summary of the search, what was found, and the options available. If no suitable candidate is located, no sourcing fee is charged. The decision on how to proceed always rests with you.
Is walk-in assessment available?
We prefer to arrange a time in advance to ensure the watchmaker is available to give the piece proper attention. Contact us by phone or email to arrange an appointment at the Shah Alam workshop.
